I could not reach a satisfactory conclusion in my research. The subject you are wondering about; Can the created order be manually assigned to a different vendor later on? Or is it possible to change the seller for the order? Can the system administrator do this manually? Do sellers receive notifications after such a change is made? Are these features available in the free version?
