Hi everyone!
All plugins, Divi and WordPress are updated.
I have a problem using the Divi Form Module with Popups for Divi.
I thought that it was easy to create what I had in mind, but apparently not for some reason.
I’m trying to show a pop-up while a mail has successfully been sent via the Divi Form. In this pop up, I just want to put a lottie file with an animation, like “oh great, your mail has been sent!”.
I uploaded the popup for divi plug in, everything’s fine, but it doesn’t work.
Do you have any idea, solution, or is it impossible to do? 😀
I’ve created a section with my Lottie animation and set it up as a Popup with the extension.
Then, I created the ID mail-successful, and as a Redirection Link in the form, I’ve put the #mail-successful anchor.

You can see the Popup while clicking on the test button just beside the form
