I use PMP since 2020 and just now I did’nt have a probleme to validation of purchase.
M website has 3 levels : free, subscription monthly and subscription annual.
With the subscription annual, my customers can’t validate their purchase since december 2021. So I find a solution to offer payment by Stripe and to validate their compte manually.
But I would like to this page working properly again.
Here is the description of this event by my customer :
“`It is impossible for me to renew my annual subscription to Creativ’moi because each time I make the payment, it tells me in error that I have to tick the box “accept the conditions” when I have done so.
And when I check it again (since it unchecked itself during payment acceptance) after payment it tells me “incomplete card number”, it goes on a loop 😳
In short, I’ve done this 3 times and each time it’s the same, so I can’t join for a new year 😕”
