Hello, we found this problem:
IF customer for mistake at checkout put a different country the website will save this wrong country in website cache and customer will be flagged as different country. At this point the customer is no more able to change the country because he can’t add any item to cart and can’t go back to the cart page to change it and the problem won’t be fixed until website admin purge the website cache.
