Wrong canonical URL with wordpress on subpath

Hi,

My WP runs in a subpath of my main domain:

https://www.ohmydots.com/docs

The canonical URL is wrong:

<link rel=”canonical” href=”https://www.ohmydots.com/docs/docs/”>

The docs come twice. When deactivating the AIO SEO plugin the canonical link disappears.
