Sending the code specific to the order by e-mail

I sell digital products. For example, there are 100 product keys that I have, I want to send each code by e-mail to only one customer automatically with an order. In other words, as the order is passed, the code will be sent by e-mail automatically and each code will be sent only once. How can I achieve this?
