Problems with every date, up until now STILL no fix or even idea as to what causes failed card transactions- simply ‘error processing checkout’ on orders – even with the status log and going back and forth there was no resolution. Your latest update caused even more issues- so the aforementioned issue did not get fixed and in fact currency conflicts occurred with the newest update (We also checked our currency converter which was working okay) – had to roll back because this update is WORSE.
This is pretty much the worse PAYMENT plugin out there- I have been a PayPal Pro customer for years and PayPal representatives encouraging business owners to switch to this do not care once you start coming to them with the issues this Plugin has. I will now be looking to replace my card payments without another solution – truly shameful, I have had enough of having to come with problems every single month and be in a position where i am losing out on hundreds of Pounds worth of sales because of an ‘error processing checkout’ with no explanation.
