Hello,
I have a question. I run a business called fazinettel and I built the website fazinettel.at . Currently I also bought the fazinettel.com and fazinettel.de, which just redirect to my .at domain.
As I am internationalizing, I want to focus my efforts on the .com website. So I want to host my website content and Webshop on fazinettel.com. If there is somebody accessing the website from Germany, or goes to fazinettel.de, they should land on fazinettel.com/de. If somebody accesses my website from Austria, they should land on fazinettel.com/at and if somebody wants to access it from france e.g. they should land on fazinettel.com/fr.
I want to have one WordPress and Woocommerce installation running, so that I can manage my content and my products from one source. And in the future I would like to have different languages for all my content as well.
I did a lot of research but could yet not find out the perfect technical solution for this. Am I right that I have to use WordPress multisite functions for this. Can you please help me in the main steps I have to take after I installed the WordPress installation on Fazinettel.com. How do I link my fazinettel.de and fazinettel.at sites in a way so that they will lead to the user landing on fazinettel.com/de and fazinettel.com/at.
I hope you guys can help me out as I am very lost and could not find the right steps to take on YouTube or in other blogs.
