Hi,
It would be great to have the option to restrict dragging and dropping pages to specific user roles. This would enable admins to prevent accidental changes to the page URLs for sites with many content editors. This mainly happens when users move pages without understanding the impact to the page URL. While they would still be able to change the parent page attribute while editing a page directly, they usually understand better during that action what the change will include.
