Hello, I uploaded a video to my website that’s in English through Vimeo as well as a second language, French. How do I add a French video link to my site, so that visitors to our French website will see my video in French?

As you can see from the screenshot, there is a video on the right. However, this video is currently in English which is my default language, how do I add the French link to it? There is no blue pencil to edit the section.
Any help would be appreciated.
