Hi everyone,
Today I tried to download one of my Backed Up folders which I backed up using UltraDraft Plus in my WordPress Admin. I can download all the folders successfully including the themes, plugins and others folder but the folder I am having trouble downloading is the UPLOADS FOLDER.
When I click on the download feature for the UPLOADS FOLDER rather than just one folder it displays 6 different Upload folders and only folder number 6 has downloaded successfully. All the other folders both in Google Chrome and Firefox browsers are showing errors when I am taken to the new page.
The first error I receive on the page is:
This page isn’t working the website https://www.**********.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php? is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 503
When I reload the page I get this new error message:
This site can’t be reached The web page at https://www.**********.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_wpnonce=52505ba513×tamp=1643629440&type=uploads&stage=2&findex=0&action=updraft_download_backup might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE
Can anyone help with this please?
