Questions before we move forward

Hello,

My client is looking to add a booking calendar to their website and I have some questions specific to their needs and your plugin to ensure it would be a good fit. Please note if what I am asking for is possible and whether the feature/function is available in the free version or if we should go to the PRO version.

The client will have field trips to their location and off-site presentations that users need to be able to book via their website. There will be 3–4 slots available per day that can be booked and can result in 3 field trips and 1 presentation, 1 field trip and 3 presentations, 2 and 2, 4 and 0, 0 and 4 etc. My specific questions for you are as follows…

We only want one calendar that users will access. The calendar does not have to list whether or not field trips or off-site presentations are available, only that there are a total of four slots per day. Also, pricing will vary and sent via postal mail as a check or handed to the client as a check the day of the field trip or presentation. That being said, is it possible to have pricing listed in the dropdown next to a field trip/presentation name and not require the user to submit payment information when booking a date?

Can we limit which days are available to book a field trip/presentation?

When the user chooses a day that has slots available could they then be directed to a custom form where we could collect other information such as a dropdown listing all field trip/presentation options (where they can select one), grade level (i.e. Kindergarten, 1, 2 etc.), contact name, phone, email and name of their school? That form would then need to send an email notification that would include the requested date and other custom information collected by the form mentioned above. Is this all possible? Can the results of this form be sent to any email address we choose so the appropriate department is notified?

Can we have it setup where a booked field trip/presentation has to be confirmed by a WordPress admin before it is approved? Once approved, will the date of the booked field trip/presentation be marked as filled for that day? So if a user request was approved and there were already 3 bookings for that day, the day would then automatically be marked as full?

Is it possible to have a waiting list added in case a date is full but someone wants to be notified should that date availability change? This could always be setup as a simple contact form but we prefer to have it integrated in to the booking function so it could potentially email the user when a date has become available.

It seems like an extended license is the way to go so they do not ever have to pay an annual fee to receive all future updates and support. The client is a non-profit and I assume the personal extended license would be appropriate. Please confirm.

I can see that it is possible to integrate WooCommerce but please confirm if that is required. Since payment is not required during booking, WooCommerce would not be necessary.
