How to allow only one variation of an attribute to be selected

If a product has Multiple drop-down options (example 12) and multiple options within each one (example 50), is there a way to allow the user to see all of them but only select only one of the drop-down options and deselecting or preventing other drop-downs? They cannot be all in one dropdown as the options would be in the hundred. The user must be able to see the other drop-downs but when they select any option from any dropdown it will deselect the others. This will allow only one dropdown option out of all the dropdown options.

Here is an example:

Drop-Down 1
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3

Drop-Down 2
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3

Drop-Down 3
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3

If the user selects Drop-Down 2 – Option 3 none of the other drop-downs or options can be selected. If they do select another drop-down option the previous selection will be deselected allowing only one selection.

Please note I am not looking of different way to set up the product page as much as I simply want to know how to allow only one of the drop-downs to be selected. This can be either via settings or a plugin.

Thanks in advance for any help.
