After upgrading to the pro version, I noticed for days the pro version didn’t have all the features the developer’s website claimed it did. When I’d request support, they’d ask for my login credentials – which is standard – but then they’d want me to install skype with them. No thanks. Then they’d say they can fix it without skype. Wash, rinse, repeat. After days of haggling with me, they finally processed a refund. Never has a theme developer insist I skype with them to get support.
