Quality and support has utterly tanked since ‘joining’ (being take over by?) Liquid Web to the point of rudeness and business-threatening incompetence.
The Events Calendar suite used to be great but if you can’t rely on people to fix things you have paid for when they’re broken, to the point of badly affecting your business, or even rely on them to send a simple reply to emails or support tickets, then I wouldn’t risk making any aspect your business dependent on them. No apologies, no urgency and no empathy, pathetic offers of recompense… and crucially no obvious action to even try to fix issues at their end, it seems.
What a shame… these were once good, solid plugins with decent support. Happy to delete this if there’s a public admission of issues and provable turnaround.
