Can you help me please?
Wordpress sent me this message:
“Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Jetpack by WordPress.com.”
This is about my site at
https://www.alanreynolds.nl/jackdaw/
I could not access my dashboard there normally. The same email said:
“If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.”
Going there as instructed I wanted to look at and possibly delete the error-causing plugin (that is, Jetpack by WordPress.com).
But unlike in several webpages showing how to do this, my dashboard only shows
Dashboard
Posts
Media
Comments
Profile
Tools
Collapse Menu
And does NOT show
Plugins
so I can’t access them.
Please let me know
(1) how I can access and fix this plugin
or
(2) how I can delete this site.
Thanks in advance.
