I have the premium version of the plugin and I am also using the woo commerce addon so that users will purchase membership from the online store.
I am setting this up on my local environment and I have a problem when I am doing test sandbox payments with Paypal.
1) First of all, the status hangs in pending and never completes.
2) When I override this setting to say that it is complete, I navigate to protected pages and it tells me that the user is registered but has not paid. When this is clearly not the case as I have override the setting and made it so the payment is complete.
I can see that the user does indeed have the correct membership level so I am confused as to what to do next.
I am experiencing a similar issue when I am using Stripe payments testing sandbox as well. Is there some setting that I need to configure to allow user to see the protected pages?
