“visitor says” feature not triggering

Hi,

I noticed that the “visitor says” feature is not triggering sometimes. Even if I type the exact word that is set up to trigger the chatbot reply. Instead, it says “Our staff will contact you within the next couple of minutes, in the meantime, tell us how can we help you.”
