I would like to remove the gray background color of the “< Previous Events” button at the bottom of this page:

Plugin Contributor @geoffbel with helped with a similar issue in the last, which created a weird appearance based on my theme’s CSS rules.

Can someone kindly help with the CSS to fix the background for “< Previous Events”? I tried some CSS options but didn’t have any luck.
