Change Details Link Layout or Pop Up

I am editing a staging site, so I can’t share the link to the specific page, but I did attach a screenshot for reference.

When I click on the Details link, the page loads using the same layout that displays the initial grid of all the properties available. So when it reloads, the Details show up in the middle of the page, which means you have to scroll through half the page.

Is there a way for me to change this layout so that it’s pretty simple and doesn’t use the Rental page I’ve designed? Or is there a way to create the link as a popup?
