in my eshop there is a charge of 4 euros below 49 euros and free shipping above 49 euros.

but now that the order is above 49 euros it also shows the flat rate https://prnt.sc/225qg5i
why? i do not want the flat rate to be visible if the customer is eligible to free shipping.
how can i do this?
