Update variations stocks

Hello,
I downloaded products (cosmetics) with XML file from my distributor’s URL. There are lots of the same parfumes but with different ml capacity. I wanted to make it to be one product with variations. For example I have product X with variations 50 ml 100 ml 150 ml – all of that capacity have its own SKU and stock number. But wpallimport won’t update that stocks when it is shown as variation. It is only updating stock when all of that product are published alone (without variations). How to update stocks in variations?
