I turned on 2FA yesterday, and now when I try to log in to my site I just keep getting a message: CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted. However, it’s not prompting me to enter the code, it just keeps taking me back to the username/password page. I tried resetting my password, but I still can’t get past the username/password prompts.
