I’ve only been using the trial version so far and I can’t fault it. Our multi-lingual co-workers say the translations are pretty decent. The customer service has been AMAZING! Anything I’ve had difficulty with, they have investigated the problem and given me solutions… or even fixed it with coding if they needed to. Even when the problem was user-error, they have been so helpful and patient with me!
