Woocommerce Checkout Page. Dropdown list for country selection doesn´t work.

Hello!

I have a problem with a country selection dropdown list in my Checkout page. I have created a Child Storefront Theme and customized it. In Storefront Theme everything works well, but in my child theme a dropdown list doesn´t work.

In my console I have found the following notices:

“JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1”

and

“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getBoundingClientRect’ of null
at header-cart.min.js?ver=2.2.4:1”.

I suppose that the problem can be related to this problem. But I don´t know how to resolve it.

Please, help me to resolve this issue.
