For some weird reason, the password resets aren’t working.
The only way I can login to my main account is through my hosts portal.
I’ve tried:
-Resetting through the “forgot password” link – I never get an email to the account associated (I’ve tried using username and email)
-Resetting through the Database
-Resetting internally through the WordPress backend – the users section.
Is there something else I’m missing? What could be the problem here?
Perhaps part of the problem is that this wordpress install was autogenerated by the host?
Is there any way to create a user and make that the main admin account?
