Can’t configure my Amazon Reviews widget

I have installed the widget for Amazon Reviews and activated it, but can’t seem to configure it.

I was able to connect to the Amazon platform of my book, but can’t seem to go over step 2 (“Select Layout”)

First of all, it says that there are no reviews in my Amazon platform (there are 2 reviews at the moment).

Secondly, I cannot select the layout because the button to select each layout does not appear. See screenshot.

I have tried this in Google Chrome and in Microsoft Edge, to no avail.
