Hello,
I am having a problem for a long time now. I used to send newsletters without any problems until a couple of months ago when I started getting undeliverable notifications in my email when a new newsletter was in progress. I noticed that the undeliverable notifications were for emails that used to open my emails in the past. They had over 1% open rate. So I figured out that somehow Mailpoet is rewriting the emails (changes them) before sending the newsletters.
Do you have any idea why this is happening? This is causing me a very serious problem because the change affects my current subscribers’ lists and I don’t know what the previous (correct) emails were.
