Error translating the checkbox in the form

I have installed and set up the current plug-in: Event Manager (free) on a website.

The language file is 100% translated into German, including the booking form in German. BUT the checkbox for the button with which the user must confirm the data processing is not translated.

But in the language file the sentence “I consent to my submitted data being collected and stored as outlined by the site .” is translated into German.

Then why does this sentence not access the German translation?

Can someone help me here?
