Recently installed Yoast SEO but am unable to access even the basic Settings screens (General, Search Appearance, etc.). This is the flyout menu which typically appears when hovering over Dashboard > SEO, as seen here:

Instead, no flyout menu appears; clicking “SEO” only takes me to the “SEO Workouts” landing page encouraging me to “Get Yoast SEO Premium.” We may do that in the future, but certainly not until we are able to get Yoast SEO working on the site.
As outlined here, I have enabled Troubleshooting Mode and disabled ALL plugins other than Yoast SEO to check for conflicts; the problem persists.\
Nor can the “Yoast SEO configuration wizard” be accessed, even when attempting a direct URL:
https://domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_configurator
Please advise!
