php hook for ultimate member register form

Is there a hook so I can add acf fields to the register form in ultimate member? I know there is um_after_account_general that I can use to add acf fields on the account form. Does the same hook work for the register form? Is there a way with code that I can add acf fields or custom taxonomies to the register form?
