Help! Publish option not available

Hi,

Current using WordPress 5.4.7 and I just updated couple of pages when I tried to publish these pages the options but these 2 pages say Pending, how do I publish these pages? Normally I just save the page and it’s available, now I’m getting a 404 and looking for the pre edited page. What I’m doing wrong.
