Pop-up works in Firefox only

Hi there,

This was working last week, but now my pop-up shows only in Firefox. I’ve tried all kinds of settings, right now it is set to show on all pages with a 10 second delay. I even set the Ad-Block to 10 seconds. I cleared all tracking history and disabled tracking and set the pop-up to continue showing after exit or opt-in.

Your suggestions will be greatly appreaciated.
