The troubleshooting feature is extremely useful, but it is enormously annoying to need to browse the entire list of plugins (which includes activated and not activated) in order to enable/disable those that you are trying to debug.
So, it would be very useful if a filter (like All, Active, Inactive, Recently Active, etc…) was added to the plugin list (and made the default view) that only shows those that were active when troubleshooting mode was activated.
