cannot access wp-admin

My site is up working, but I can’t access the admin login page (wp-admin).

mysite.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I’ve followed this guide, but no avail:

The site is on GoDaddy, and when trying to access wp-admin from cPanel, it redirects to
/wp-content/deleteme.randomnumber.php

Does anyone know how to fix this?
