Customize the title of the Customer Notes

Hello!

I am currently customizing the Woocommerce Emails for my German Shop. Unfortunately I am unable to change the title of the order notes in the customer emails.

In woocommerce Checkout Field I defined the additional field “order_comments” where the customer can add notes to his order.
The notes should also show up in the “customer order completed” and “New Order” Emails.

Is there a way to change or translate the “Customer Note” (order-comments)
– via woocommerce functions hook?
– via custom css?

Or am I overlooking a setting here?
