Some strings are unavailable for translation

Hello!

I use TranslatePress plugin for translation.
Some strings from Real Cookie Banner, like the “Privacy preferences” and button and link labels are not available for translation (there is neither a pecil sign next to them, nor can they be found in the string search).

Is there any way to fix this?
