automatic notifications for new advert posted by subscriber

hello everyone,

I’m using Adifier theme and allowing subscriber to directly post theirs adverts without any admin approval. I don’t know if it’s possible to get automatically notification when subscribers post new advert.
I installed Notification plugin, but notifications are only sent when advert is posted or updated by admin.Nothing happened when new advert is added by subscribers.
Hope Notification’s plugin can solve my problem,
