i ma using duplicator to migrate my new website from local to live , every thing is perfect without any errors. ( using wordpress 4.8.1 , PHP 5.6.31 ). I want to back up my live site using duplicator , when the scanning process start an error occurs after a short time

knowing that the version of php on the hosting service i the same one used on the local, i tried to increase max time and max file in php.in but nothing happened .
please if you can help me to solve this issue.if you need admin pass and user name i will provide you
