How to insert link button into Homepage

Hi. How can I insert link into Homepage (I use Theme Experon). Now I can put only Link to a page (that is in my site). Thanks.

And can I ask about another problem ?
There are 3 Content areas in the site, and after text , there is “Read more” button. How can I change that “Read more” text to something different?
