Details :
During the configuration process, I can configure the terminal successfully but the fields reset when I save the settings.
I have disabled the non-essential plugin and repeated the process with the Query Monitor plugin but no error or warning is reported.
I also contacted Elavon’s customer support, but was told that they were not involved in development and that I should look for help here.
Any idea what could be causing this problem?
