This may well sound silly, but is there some course material out there that you can import into learnpress to teach prospective teachers how to use learnpress. A learnpress course on Learnpress? I have a site I built for someone else that wanted a learning platform included, but they won’t really know how to use it. I know there are videos about about it out there, but figured a learning plugin might have some material out there that can be loaded into the plugin to learn how to use the plugin, while using the plugin.
