When I click on edit the tutor lms dashboard page in WordPress pages list I see this appearance https://snipboard.io/6PSWv4.jpg
I disabled all plugins, and I used one of the default (Twenty*) theme.
then I enabled them one by one to identify the source of my troubles.
after this, I found out that the problem was in the Tutor LMS plugin.
