Maxmind GeoLite City Database

Hi

I installed the plugin and the ad on, worked all fine
But when I installed Maxmind GeoLite City Database
I went to setting for this one, I got an error message saying “sorry…something like I have no right to access this page”!?)

then I uninstalled everything and realized that the “Howdy” menu for members was gone!

what happened?
would be great if I can make it work
