Hide the ‘Home’ breadcrumb from homepage

I’ve just started using this plugin, mainly because I was unable to find a way to display breadcrumbs the way I wanted to. This does it, but there is the word ‘Home’ on my homepage which I don’t want there. Is there a way to disable the breadcrumbs from showing on the homepage, or at least to hide it?
