We recently started using the Redis Object Cache plugin and noticed a problem when editing posts.
What happens: I’m logged in as user ‘x’ and created a new post, but before saving I selected that the author will be user ‘y’. If after some time I edit this same post, the user ‘x’ is automatically selected as the author instead of keeping the author ‘y’. After investigating the problem, I realized that it was related to the Object Cache. When I disable this cache through the Redis Object Cache plugin, the problem doesn’t happen anymore.
