Tried to import custom link via CSV file. This has failed several times– yes, I exported the custom link file and maintained the same format. I even used the same physical CSV file, appended data to it, saved it. Still no go.
Upon advice for IJ support, I updated setting to erase data upon deactivation of IJ plugin, in order to get a fresh start. Upon reactivation, all the original custom links are still listed (i.e., the data was retained, despite the change in settings). A second try at uploading custom data failed again.
This is disappointing for a premium product.
Any ideas for resolution?
