Hello,
I have installed a new theme-plugin on saturday called Producer Themes.
The theme wasn’t working properly and a few hours later I see this message when I try to log in or even on my homepage “There has been a critical error on this website.”
Thus, I don’t have much knowledge on the subject and I have read the wordpress support page and forum looking for answers. From what I’ve seen, I know I have to deactivate the theme and plugin;
I have tried to go to https://babimusic.com/wp-content/plugins/ and https://babimusic.com/wp-content/themes/ to do so, but the page is blank and nothing really happens.
I need specific guidance with this please, there’s no direct contact with wordpress.org or technical support available?
