Hi everyone,
So I’ve been using a phpbb forum for years, it was here:
https://witch-house.com/forum/
Today I installed WordPress (my host is IONOS) and the installation took over the forum (I’ve assigned it the main https://witch-house.com/ page)- so when I click the link above it takes me to a ‘fake’ forum page that says ‘Nothing here’… The forum files are still there, I just don’t know how to disable this overwriting function of WordPress so my forum is still accessible from the /forum folder.
So I want to have the WP blog here: https://witch-house.com/
And the phpbb forum still available here: https://witch-house.com/forum/
Do I Need to edit the htaccess file somehow?
Also, it’s worth mentioning that the forum sits in completely different root dir than the WordPress installation.
