problem with viewing stores from users

Hi,
I’m working with the free version of your plugin. But I encountered a problem with the store list page, if administrators and sellers are connected the stores are displayed on the map, while if an unlinked user or a connected customer views the store list the stores do not appear neither in the search nor on the map.
Can you help me?
